Jenny McNulty’s fascination with the mystery of existence led her to a still life art exploring the unseen reality in natural objects and simple domestic pots. Having first achieved distinction as a printmaker, and then in oils, from the mid-1990s she began to experiment in three dimensions with different techniques and materials, using paper, mesh and wire.
When she died, on 28th November 2016, she had been preparing for an exhibition which would have demonstrated a single artistic purpose unifying the paper and wire works and her earlier still life oil paintings.
